Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for a different size or style, subject to availability.
- To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or altered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or discounted.
- Worn, damaged, or improperly packaged items.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our team at Support@MichaelWrightCollection.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If exchanging, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item.
Processing Times
- Returns for store credit will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.
- Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days, depending on item availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Final Notes
